At its core, the manager is the central figure who ensures the business runs smoothly and profitably. This includes the day‑to‑day oversight of operations, from managing staff and inventory to upholding quality standards and resolving any issues that arise. Beyond that the manager is also a strategic leader. They handle the financial health of the business by creating budgets, controlling costs, and analysing performance data to make informed decisions. They are also a people manager, responsible for hiring, training, and motivating their team to foster a positive and productive work environment. By blending strong leadership with a focus on both financial performance and customer satisfaction, a successful manager is able to drive the business forward and build a loyal customer base. What You’ll Need Minimum 3 years relevant hospitality experience required Strong workflow management skills Ability to build strong last relationships with suppliers and vendors Strong problem solving skills Ability to create, manage and implement budgeting and financial management models Strong inventory control skills Identifying experience staff and leading them Ability mediate disputes between staff members Ensure a positive experience for customers by having strong interpersonal skills Implement strategies to attract new customers Ready to Join the Burger Revolution?
