We are seeking an experienced Bar Manager to join our vibrant team at a popular restaurant and bar in the heart of Hastings Street in Noosa. This casual role will see you responsible for overseeing the efficient and customer-focused operation of our bar, ensuring exceptional service and a great experience for all our guests. What you'll be doing Managing the day-to-day operations of the bar, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling Responsibility to maintain an exceptional wine, cocktail, spirits, and beer list, staying current with industry trends and competitor offerings Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests Maintaining and developing strong relationships with suppliers and managing product orders Training and developing the bar team to deliver consistently high standards of service Monitoring and reporting on bar performance, identifying opportunities for improvement Ensuring compliance with all relevant liquor licensing and food safety regulations What we're looking for Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar senior hospitality role Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for creating memorable experiences Very good Wine and Cocktail knowledge, Barista experience is a plus Strong leadership and team management abilities Excellent knowledge of bar operations, inventory management, and liquor licensing requirements Proficient in cash handling Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work varying shifts over 7 day roster from Breakfast till Late, weekend and night time availability is a must What we offer Competitive remuneration Opportunities for career development and advancement Access to staff discounts If you're excited about the prospect of joining our team, we encourage you to apply now.
