The Position Manage all shift operations Ensure compliance with all aspects of the Gaming, Liquor and Food Licences Maintain impeccable standards of venue presentation and cleanliness Ensure our customer expectations are exceeded at every interaction Oversee service daily, while ensuring all administrative duties are completed within given timeframes Drive promotional activities Ensure all WH&S procedures are adhered to The Leader (the successful candidate) Sound knowledge across all departments including Gaming, Bistro and Bar Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commitment and passion to the industry A cheerful, positive attitude towards your work, customers and team members Work well under pressure and be able to multi-task Show willingness to use initiative Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word and Excel Previous experience as a DutyManager OR be ready to take the next step in your hospitality career Current ApprovedManagers, RMLV, RSA & RSG What we offer The Gympie Sports Club is a great workplace, with an enthusiastic team and wonderful customers.
