Waste Operator | PSC1031

The opportunity Our Waste Services team have an opportunity available for a motivated and proactive individual to join their team at the Salamander Bay Waste Transfer Station. Joining our team as a Waste Operator will see you working across a broad scope, not only providing positive customer service to our community, but also performing duties across operating plant, working on the floor, and assisting the weighbridge as required. This role requires you to have experience in operating plant such as backhoes and forklifts, and hold the relevant competencies. The safety of our team and the community is paramount, so a demonstrated ability to work within all WHS requirements is essential. Communication is key in this role, allowing you to be an effective team player and someone the community looks to for advice and assistance within the Waste Transfer Station. This is a contract opportunity up until 30 June 2026.
