As General Manager, Professional Standards, you will play a key role in shaping governance, driving compliance, and ensuring the highest standards across the business. This is your chance to influence culture at a strategic level and make a lasting impact. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and delivery of professional standards, governance, and compliance frameworks. Oversee complaints, investigations, and disciplinary processes with fairness and transparency. Build strong relationships with regulators and stakeholders to enhance trust and reputation. Provide clear reporting and insights to the Board and senior leadership. Champion education and training to embed a culture of ethics and professionalism. Experience & Qualifications Senior leadership experience in compliance, governance, or professional standards. Strong knowledge of legislation, regulations, and codes of conduct. Proven track record in investigations and complaints management. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Tertiary qualifications in financial planning, compliance, business administration or related discipline. Key Performance Indicators Effective implementation and oversight of governance and compliance frameworks. Timely and accurate resolution of complaints, investigations, and disciplinary matters. Strong and constructive relationships with regulators and industry bodies. Design and delivery of development programs that embed professional standards.
