About the role

The Pricing Lead role is pivotal in shaping the company's service pricing strategy and methodologies. This position involves cross-functional collaboration with all service divisions and close coordination with Finance stakeholders. The main goal is to ensure the implementation of optimal pricing for all products and services, contributing to overall business profitability and growth.

What you will be working on:

  • Pricing Strategy Development: The Pricing Lead will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive pricing strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: This role will involve working closely with various service divisions and Finance stakeholders to ensure the pricing strategy is cohesive, efficient, and supports overall financial goals.
  • Market Analysis and Pricing Adjustments: The Pricing Lead will be tasked with continuously analysing market trends, competitor pricing, and internal costs to adjust and optimise service pricing as necessary.

You are someone with:

You will have significant experience in developing and maintaining service pricing strategies, models, techniques, structures, and procedures. Experience in an IT service delivery and support environment is preferred.

Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication abilities are required and are able to communicate effectively at all organisational levels.

You have a dedicated approach to providing excellent customer service and have a proven track record of leading and implementing initiatives that enhance customer experience.

You are a strategic thinker with commercial acumen. They should have the ability to understand the 'big picture' and drive outcomes aligned with the strategic direction.
