About the role We are thrilled to be seeking a self‑motivated, innovative Aboriginal Community Engagement Senior Advisor to serve as the bridge between our amazing project team and the incredible remote Aboriginal communities we serve. In this role, you will: Develop positive, proactive relationships with communities so our project team is fully aware of and aligned with the communities' goals and aspirations Excel at stakeholder engagement through clear, effective, and enthusiastic communication Advocate passionately on behalf of remote Aboriginal communities Link communities to our world‑class project team Who are we? About you This exciting position requires extensive travel, with 50% of the job involving immersive trips to remote communities. Previous experience working in and engaging with remote Aboriginal communities is a huge plus. Most of all, we want someone who loves people and thrives on making connections.
