Occupational Therapist or Exercise Physiologist – Konekt Graduate Program – Hobart We’re looking for self‑starting graduates to join our two‑year graduate program at our Hobart office, where you will be part of a supportive team of rehabilitation consultants committed to helping Australians be safe and well at work. Responsibilities Evaluating the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers with work‑related or non‑work‑related injury, or with a work‑debilitating illness. Conducting assessments such as initial needs, workplace assessments, ergonomics and activities of daily living. Conducting specialist functional and pre‑employment assessments for corporate customers (e.g., audiometry, spirometry, D&A testing). Helping clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications and interests. Managing effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor clients’ progress toward return‑to‑work goals. Engaging with key stakeholders and building strong relationships to facilitate achievement of business objectives. What’s in it for you? Eligible for AHPRA or ESSA accreditation upon graduation. Graduating in 2025. Desirable (but not essential) eligibility for Comcare accreditation. Current Working with Children Check and a pre‑employment national criminal check. Full drivers’ licence (own vehicle not required).
