We're seeking a professional with real-world experience in restoration, insurance building, HVAC hygiene, or indoor air quality, someone who's ready to move beyond the tools and into a high-trust consulting role with training, autonomy, and national impact. Who We're Looking For This role is ideal if you've worked as a: Senior Restoration Technician / Project Manager (IICRC-certified or equivalent) Insurance Building Supervisor / Assessor Make Safe Supervisor Or if you're from a building consulting background and ready to grow We're seeking individuals who are: Dynamic and curious Committed and honest Eager to learn Confident with a positive attitude Great team players What You'll Be Doing — primary responsibilities will include: Investigating and assessing buildings affected by damage events (e.g., water, fire) Providing expert advice on decontamination, restoration, and remediation Conducting Indoor Air Quality Assessments and related consulting Experience & Qualifications Industry experience in any of the following fields is highly beneficial: Occupational Hygiene Restoration & Remediation Insurance Building Assessments What You’ll Need ✔ 5+ years' experience in damage assessment, restoration, or insurance building ✔ Report writing and verbal communication skills ✔ Confidence managing site inspections and engaging with clients ✔ Construction White Card, Police Check, Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain) ✔ Valid Australian driver’s licence Bonus Points For HVAC hygiene or IAQ expertise Science education ACAC - CSMI, CMI, CMC Industry Training If you don’t already hold all the necessary qualifications, we will support you in obtaining the required training and certifications.
