Student Enrichment and Success (SES) This is a full‑time fixed‑term position through to December 2026 with salary in the range $93,491 – $100,296 (HEW 6), plus a generous super allowance of up to 17%. (occasional pre‑arranged travel to our UQ Gatton and UQ Herston campus will be required) About This Opportunity As an Employability Facilitator, you will play a vital role in supporting UQ students and alumni in developing their career skills. Design and deliver engaging workshops and programs, leveraging your expertise in teaching and learning. This role requires strong communication and organisational skills, as well as a passion for helping students succeed. Key responsibilities will include: Design, develop, and deliver engaging workshops and programs to support students and alumni in their career development. Collaborate with the Career Development Team and other university stakeholders to identify and implement innovative employability initiatives. Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and utilise educational tools and platforms to support program delivery. Evening and occasional weekend work will be required as part of this position. (This role delivers sessions directly into the classroom and occasional flexibility outside standard work times may be required) About You Demonstrated combination of relevant experience and/or education/training. Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering workshops and training programmes. Knowledge of learning design principles and pedagogies. Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including effectively delivering presentations and workshops. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders. You must maintain unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of this appointment and may be required to complete background checks including criminal history and education checks. Employer‑sponsored work rights are not available for this appointment.
