The Assistant Operations Manager plays a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the seamless, day-to-day operation of the property across all departments. Key Responsibilities: Deliver warm, efficient, and professional service that leaves a lasting impression on every guest Lead by example, setting the tone for excellence and teamwork Collaborate closely with all departments to ensure smooth, efficient daily operations Assist in managing conflict resolution and handle guest concerns with confidence and care Support the onboarding and training of new team members, helping them feel empowered and set up for success Communicate important updates and information to the wider team effectively and consistently Complete end-of-day reconciliations and ensure accurate reporting We will provide flexibility with days and hours across a rotational roster. Night and weekend availability a must. We offer a competitive salary + superannuation.
