Fulltime MSK Physiotherapist – Industry Leading Package Scarborough, Brisbane QLD – Full time – $100,000 – $150,000 per year. Salary: $100,000 to $150,000 per annum (base + super + commission + entitlements) based on experience. About the Role Work full‑time hours Monday to Friday (clinics are closed on Saturdays). Replace an existing experienced therapist with a caseload you will step straight into – no need to build a caseload from scratch. Treat a mix of private musculoskeletal clients and assist in building a niche caseload that suits a special area of interest. If you are a pelvic physio, we can reactivate a caseload of pelvic patients from a previous physio. Appointment lengths will be customized to your needs (both initial and follow‑up consultations) and level of experience. Considered applicants with any level of experience; preferred candidates will have 5+ years in private practice. Your salary package includes a bonus/commission structure that allows you to take home an extra $20,000–$30,000 per year (pro rata) in performance based bonuses. Annual salary range: $100,000 to $150,000 pro rata including base salary plus super and all bonuses and entitlements (based on experience and qualifications – new graduates or very inexperienced physios will not receive an offer in the above range). Access to a PD budget, internal formal and informal clinic mentoring, and world‑class external paid mentors engaged by the clinic. We are ideally looking for an experienced musculoskeletal physio, or a physio with both MSK and pelvic physio skillsets.
