Physiotherapist - Grade 2 (Musculoskeletal) Location: Multiple Western Health Sites Employment Type: Ongoing, Full Time Salary: Grade 2 – Year 1 to Year 4 (VB1 to VB4) + Superannuation + Salary Packaging About The Role Working in our musculoskeletal team gives you the opportunity to rotate across multiple clinical areas including orthopaedic inpatients (elective and trauma), outpatients, fracture clinic, specialised rehabilitation program, and aquatic physiotherapy. Our musculoskeletal teams have a strong focus on patient‐centred care combined with evidence‑based practice and innovative models of care to achieve excellent patient outcomes. Western Health also delivers a broad range of Advanced Practice Physiotherapy services, and our Musculoskeletal Grade 2’s have the opportunity to build and develop skills relevant to these roles. Learning and development are integral to the culture of our physiotherapy department, and we will support you to build your clinical, supervision, and leadership skills. We will encourage you to participate in our Research and Quality program and contribute to our stream portfolios and department committees. Physiotherapists at Western Health are also encouraged in career development and planning through the Allied Health workforce development program. About You Have well‑developed musculoskeletal Physiotherapy clinical skills across the continuum of care within a hospital setting Have experience in supervising both staff and students Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills Work collaboratively with the Physiotherapy and multidisciplinary teams Ensure safe and high‑quality patient care is delivered in line with Western Health values and policies Contribute to a culture that values ongoing learning and be part of a positive workplace Compensation And Benefits Competitive salary packages aligned with market standards.
