About the Role As the Leisure and Activities Coordinator you’ll plan, deliver and oversee a range of activities and programs designed to enhance the wellbeing and quality of life of aged residents at Tailem Bend Hospital. Working collaboratively with health professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team you’ll ensure all programs are engaging, resident-focused and tailored to individual interests and needs. You’ll also contribute to a supportive and inclusive environment where residents feel valued and connected, helping to foster a sense of belonging and enjoyment in daily life. This is a rewarding opportunity to combine creativity, compassion and teamwork to make a genuine impact in aged care. What We’re Looking For Completed or working toward completion of AQF Certificate IV relevant to the position. Proven experience in exercising own judgment and initiative in the day-to-day execution of a position. Experience in the provision of a direct care service in a health-related field. Experience in dealing with aged, frail or disabled persons. Experience in the use of computer packages such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
