About the Role We’re looking for a talented PHP Developer to join our small, dynamic team. As a PHP Developer, you’ll play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining clean, scalable, and efficient web applications. Working in a close-knit collaborative environment, you’ll have the chance to work on a variety of exciting projects, contribute ideas. In a small team, your work won’t go unnoticed – you’ll be an integral part of our success. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and optimize scalable and reliable server-side applications using PHP. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Work with frameworks like Laravel, Symfony etc. Integrate third-party APIs and services into PHP-based systems. Write clean, secure, and efficient code while adhering to best coding practices. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues. Document your work and contribute to team knowledge sharing. Participate in code reviews and suggest improvements to maintain code quality. Contribute to brainstorming and innovative problem‑solving sessions. What We're Looking For Proven Experience: 5 years in PHP development. Framework Knowledge: Proficiency in Laravel, Symfony, or other PHP frameworks. Database Experience: Strong experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL and ORMs like Eloquent. API Integration: Experience working with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations. Version Control: Proficiency with Git and understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Docker. Problem‑Solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills. Best Practices: Commitment to secure, maintainable, and standards‑compliant code.
