We are currently seeking dedicated and skilled Civil Earthworks Supervisors, and Final Trim operators to join our team for an exciting project in Bathurst. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile projects while also having the chance to travel around the country for various LMI projects. Positions Available Civil Earthworks Operators (final trim) Civil Earthworks Supervisor Key Responsibilities Operators: Operate and maintain heavy machinery, including excavators, bulldozers, and graders, to perform earthworks tasks such as excavation, grading, and compaction. Supervisors: Oversee and coordinate site activities, manage crews, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and liaise with project managers and stakeholders. What We Do Earthworks for infrastructure development such as roads, highways, and bridges. Installation of geosynthetic materials for environmental protection and erosion control. Drainage solutions to manage stormwater and improve site sustainability. Site remediation and rehabilitation projects to restore and enhance the environment.
