National Disability Insurance Agency – Warrnambool VIC We have a fantastic opportunity for an APS4 Planner to join our VIC TAS Regional Services Team. The APS4 Planner is a team membership position within the NDIA that provides operational and administrative support. This role will have a considerable level of contact with internal and external stakeholders and will be required to communicate with and provide advice on a range of service delivery matters to resolve moderately complex to complex enquiries. The key duties of the position include: Using policies, practice guidance and legislation to make funding decisions in relation to participant plans. Liaising with key stakeholders including Partners in the Community to deliver services to participants. Contributing to the achievement of key performance indicators, including planning targets. Eligibility To join our team, you will have: Experience in the disability and/or allied health sector would be desirable, however it is not essential. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility – being able to get the job done and adapt to changing environments and new challenges. High standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethical behaviour. Notes This role is performed from VIC – Colac and VIC – Warrnambool only . We intend to fill this role in an ongoing capacity, however non‑ongoing roles up to 12 months with the possibility of extension up to 2 years may be offered. Successful candidates will be required to undergo a pre‑employment National Police History check, Worker Screening check and/or Working with Children Check (where required) and provide evidence of Australian Citizenship.
