Why This Role Rocks Reporting to the Head of Privacy & Regulatory Affairs , you’ll be part of the team that keeps Megaport connected and compliant with telecommunications regulations around the world. This role is a great fit for a paralegal or compliance professional looking to grow their career in a fast‑moving, global tech company. You’ll work closely with our Regulatory Compliance Officer to stay on top of telecoms obligations and support Megaport’s continued expansion. What You’ll Be Owning Support the Regulatory Compliance Officer in running Megaport’s telecommunications compliance program and keeping us on track globally. Research and document regulatory requirements for new markets and services to help drive Megaport’s global expansion. Prepare and coordinate licence applications, renewals, and amendments, and keep records of obligations, deadlines, and correspondence up to date. Draft and submit reports to telecommunications regulators (including revenue, operational, or incident reports). Stay across developments in telecommunications and critical infrastructure regulation, and share key updates with the team. Work with Legal, Engineering, and Commercial teams to gather information and support compliance initiatives. Provide coordination and admin support to the Head of Privacy & Regulatory Affairs and the Regulatory Compliance Officer.
