Business Improvement Project Manager

What You’ll Do Lead the project end‑to‑end by defining scopes, managing risks, allocating tasks, and guiding teams through planning, budgeting, scheduling and delivery. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, manage documentation and maintain organized project records. Stay ahead of Governance by monitoring Executive Leadership Team meeting schedules and ensuring all submissions and papers are completed on time. Participate in planning sessions and oversee activities that support Delta’s strategic priorities. Prepare business cases, reports, briefings and presentations to support informed decision‑making. Maintain accurate, compliant and accessible project documentation. Work collaboratively across the organisation and with government partners to coordinate meetings and respond to queries. What You’ll Bring Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Business or a related field. Demonstrated project management experience with the ability to provide strategic and practical advice. Familiarity with project methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project). Strong risk management, problem‑solving and organisational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional and confidential handling of sensitive information. Experience in business improvement or strategic project environments. We Offer Competitive salary plus 14% superannuation.
