Clinical Trials Officer
(CTO) is responsible for supporting the conduct of assigned clinical trials at Nucleus Network in accordance with HREC approved protocol and Nucleus Network standard operating procedures.The CTO will work closely with the Clinical Research Coordinators and Clinical Team Leaders (CTL) as a part of the study team, to assist in the effective running of each study in order to meet the sponsor expectations and project timelines.Key responsibilitiesPre-Study activities - preparation of participant chartsPost study close out - archivingClinical Unit responsibilitiesQuality activitiesRequirementsAbility to follow specific instructionsDemonstrated competence in the personal attributes of initiative, flexibility, and attention to detailAbility and willingness to work flexible hoursDesired qualifications, competencies, and experiencePrevious experience in clinical trial study coordination or organisationPrevious Phase 1 clinical trials experienceExperience in handling pathology results, taking phone calls, data entry and archivingMeaningful Impact
