The Role We’re looking for a Manager of IT Systems & Integrations to own our core operational systems, IT infrastructure, and integrations. You’ll ensure our tech works seamlessly, automate processes, and empower teams across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, eCommerce & Marketing. This is a high-impact role where your work directly shapes how we scale globally. What You’ll Do Manage and optimise NetSuite, Celigo, Shopify, 3PL integrations, and key IT systems. Lead integration and automation projects, improving efficiency and reducing manual work. Map, improve, and streamline cross-functional processes. Define and execute our IT & Systems Roadmap aligned with growth. Ensure data integrity, compliance, and IT security across the business. Explore and implement AI-driven automation and data intelligence initiatives. Support teams with training and best practices for systems and tools. What You Bring 3+ years managing ERP platforms (NetSuite preferred) and integration middleware. Experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify preferred) and 3PL integrations. Strong IT infrastructure knowledge and user support experience. Excellent problem-solving, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Analytical mindset with a focus on process optimisation and efficiency. Bonus Skills NetSuite certification. Experience in FMCG, retail, or global eCommerce environments.
