They are seeking three detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable/Payable specialists to support their finance department during a period of increased workload.What's in it for you? $36.00 per hour + Super (paid weekly) Full time hours from Monday to Friday, no weekends Temporary 3-month contract with possibility of extension Based in the heart of Adelaide's CBD - close to public transport Work with a friendly, inclusive and collaborative team in a bright and modern office Key Responsibilities In the role, you will be responsible for: Processing and reconciling invoices, payments, and supplier statements with accuracy and attention to detail Matching purchase orders, invoices, and delivery dockets while maintaining up-to-date financial records Liaising with contractors, vendors, and internal departments to resolve billing or payment queries Assisting with end-of-month reconciliations, accruals, financial reporting and onboarding new suppliers Ensuring compliance with financial controls, GST requirements, and company approval processes About You Successful candidates will have: Proven experience in Accounts Receivable and/or Payable in a high-volume environment Strong attention to detail with demonstrated ability to process large volumes of data accurately Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with stakeholders Ability to work flexibly, collaboratively, and effectively as part of a tight-knit Finance Team This role is full-time hours, working 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, and will be based at their head office in the Adelaide CBD.
