About the Role As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a key role in nurturing relationships with clients and candidates, managing rosters, and overseeing workforce operations. You will also be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for both temporary and permanent positions within the Manufacturing and Warehousing industries across Melbourne. Additional responsibilities include handling day-to-day operations, site inductions, and managing a talent pool, all while ensuring compliance with company policies. At Blaze, we thrive on teamwork and believe in the power of in-person collaboration, so we require your presence in the office five days a week. What You'll Need to Succeed: Experience in agency recruitment, particularly in light-industrial temp recruitment or labour hire. A valid driver's license and reliable transport. Willing to travel to client sites throughout Melbourne including the North & West. Experience with Fasttrack 360, and familiarity with WorkPro and Ento is a bonus. Exceptional time management, attention to detail and analytical thinking. A passion for relationship management and delivering value. Ability to work autonomously and within a team. Excellent personal presentation and communication skills.
