As an Investigation and Risk Assessment Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in protecting our community by managing and investigating concerning or threatening behaviour with professionalism, empathy, and precision. What you’ll do Lead thorough investigations using evidence-based practices and procedural fairness. Apply best-practice risk assessment strategies to identify and mitigate threats early. Collaborate with experts across legal, security, counselling, and residential services to develop tailored solutions. Provide compassionate support and guidance to staff and students during challenging situations. Drive awareness and resilience through presentations and resource development. What we’re looking for A degree in counselling, social work, or a related behavioural field or significant equivalent experience. Strong investigative skills and knowledge of risk management principles. Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities to manage sensitive, high‑stakes situations. A collaborative mindset to work across multiple teams and stakeholders.
