ABOUT THE ROLE This role is diverse and hands‑on, perfect for someone organised, proactive and excited to work in a small, fast‑moving fashion business. You’ll work closely with our founders and social media team. Previous experience in fashion is not required. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer service emails with genuine warmth and professionalism. Pack and dispatch online orders accurately and efficiently. Manage stock counts, returns, exchanges and inventory movement. Assist with general office administration and ordering supplies. Support the team during collection launches and pop‑ups. Skills and Experience No industry experience needed – full training is provided. We’re looking for someone with the right attitude: focused, proactive, reliable, kind and able to work independently. Highly Regarded Vietnamese speaking skills. Previous retail, admin, customer service or warehouse experience. Detail‑oriented and organised. Calm and solutions‑focused.
