Your responsibilities will include: Welcoming clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanour. Managing incoming calls and relaying messages promptly and accurately. Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Overseeing records management and general accounts tasks. Coordinating meeting room bookings and maintaining tidy, professional spaces. Purchasing office supplies and ensuring the reception area is well‑maintained. Assisting with administrative and marketing tasks to support the firm.
