The Opportunity: BIM Modeller - Sydney CBD With site visits Western Sydney. You will support station delivery works across the Northern Stations on the Western Sydney Airport project. You will assist both the site delivery team with the As-Built model updates, coordination workflows, and supporting the As-Built digital handover process. Why You Should Apply Be part of a city-shaping project - Contribute to the delivery of key metro stations Progress your BIM career - Blend site coordination with digital engineering responsibilities Tier One exposure - Work with leading contractors on a major infrastructure program Key Responsibilities Coordinate BIM activities including data exchange, model updates, clash detection, and Revizto management. Maintain version control, track revisions, and ensure compliance with BIM standards and protocols. Review and oversee 3D models, drawings, and documentation for accuracy and consistency. Support BIM Coordinators, monitoring subcontractor deliverables and ensuring quality control. Manage model metadata and embedded data for completeness and reliability. Use BIM for cost estimating, quantity take-offs, scheduling, and reporting to support budget and deadlines. Collaborate with project teams, participate in coordination meetings, and contribute to successful project delivery.
