As illustrated by maturity assessments, audits and other reviews in recent years, maturity of business practices across ISD need to be uplifted to effectively address the increased demands and expectations. To enable the above, there are a number of business transformation initiatives underway, or being initiated, to uplift the maturity of business practices that underpin service delivery of Infrastructure Services Division. Promote a culture that encourages best practice by integrating asset management into normal business practices. Engage and collaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders on the Division's built infrastructure asset management practices: internal staff, other contractors, other Divisions of the Department (e.g., corporate procurement), and other Government Agencies. Business transformation initiatives In consultation with key stakeholders, develop asset management artefacts for infrastructure‑management related business transformation initiatives, including options analysis, prioritisation and sequencing of project tasks, project resourcing requirements, project cost estimates, and project schedules. Undertake and complete identified work packages for infrastructure‑management related business transformation initiatives. Act as a critical link with stakeholders and contribute to the implementation of asset management practices and improvement activities to ensure DoE's assets are managed in an integrated and effective manner. Develop and implement Asset Custodianship model across all asset life‑cycle phases. Contribute to Asset Management Maturity Uplift initiatives. Qualifications Whilst not mandatory, a relevant qualification would be well regarded such as a degree related to Asset Management (e.g. Engineering, GIS, Business, Finance) or other technical qualifications related to Asset Management (e.g. from Asset Management Council, IPWEA, etc). Experience required Have extensive infrastructure asset management knowledge and experience, such as contemporary strategic asset management policies, frameworks, strategies, plans and systems. Reviewing and/or defining Asset Custodianship Models (i.e., asset management roles and responsibilities).
