Sales Executive or Junior Sales Executive | Mitsubishi & Mahindra Tynan Motors, one of Australia's largest and most respected Motor Groups, has been operating for over 50 years. We employ over 350 dedicated staff across a variety of departments and locations covering the Sutherland Shire and Wollongong Region, and we are always seeking motivated individuals to join our expanding team. About Tynan Motors Tynan Motors has an incredibly strong market and customer base whose demand for new cars is exceptionally strong. We have been in business for over 50 years selling and servicing new and used vehicles in Kirrawee, surrounding regions and interstate. Within our stable and established business there is a unique opportunity for the right candidate who wants to create a name for themselves and work with the global brands Mitsubishi and Mahindra. We have brand-new car models coming, including three new Mahindra models over the next 18 months and the success of the XUV700 and Scorpio, plus the new Model Triton early 2024. What would a day look like? You will learn all aspects of the sales process from our Sales Manager and Sales Executives. You will learn about the models and their features. You will learn about customers’ needs, customer service expectations, and the overall decision‑making process, delivering exceptional customer service while meeting the customer satisfaction targets. You will be trained on our KPI’s and how to reach them in order to be a successful sales executive wherever you end up, achieving individual sales KPI's. Once trained, you will kick‑start an exciting and rewarding career selling cars and building strong relationships with customers, earning great money. About you Experience in the retail industry or customer‑facing positions is fantastic but not a deal breaker. Prior experience in a sales position with KPI’s will be highly regarded but is not essential; we consider all industries for the right candidate. You must have a true passion for the brand(s). You will be exceptionally well‑spoken, with customer service as a priority. You will love establishing and building customer relationships. You must be comfortable with negotiating. You have a current NSW Driver’s Licence. You must be able to work weekends and an 11‑day fortnight. Why would you want to join Tynan Motors? Paid Birthday Leave – have your birthday day off paid.
