About the Role At CTS, we’re committed to creating and building trusted business relationships. Responsibilities Liaising with clients to ensure their needs are met and delivering a high level of customer service Assist with hybrid meetings IT/ AV presentation room set up; Operate and troubleshoot audio, video, and display equipment during live events Configure basic computer and wireless network setups Perform pre-event testing to ensure systems run smoothly and reliably About you Tertiary/TAFE qualified with notable experience in operating Audio, Vision and Lighting equipment. Ideally 2-3 years of experience working in audio visual in a corporate environment or similar Easily able to collaborate and build trust with a varied range of key stakeholders Well-developed time management skills with good availability for shifts and a focus on attention to detail. Purposeful and dedicated in implementing results-focused solutions.
