Behaviour Support Practitioner (Core or Proficient) Clinic & Community Based Stream Healthcare is working with a private organisation that is looking for a Core or Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioner (BSP) to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working across the lifespan, with a nice balance of in‑clinic and community‑based work. About the role Working across the lifespan, supporting families, and support networks to achieve meaningful outcomes. Develop, implement, monitor and review comprehensive and interim Positive Behaviour Support plans. Be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team. Develop and implement interim and comprehensive plans taking account of medical, psychological, and data collection research and observation. What the client is looking for NDIS Practitioner ID. Registration as a Core or Proficient BSP with the NDIS Commission. Previous experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner. Based near, or willing to commute to the Northern Territory.
