Our client is a leading life insurer with a great culture currently looking for a Senior Case Manager to manage a portfolio of life claims. Our client is going through a period of growth and this is an exciting time to join the business. You will work in a supportive environment where you can continue to develop your skills and career. Full training and onboarding provided and a positive working environment. Required experience: Claims experience from life insurance, Allied Health or the Legal world Experience across products such as Income Protection, TPD, Terminal Illness, Trauma and Death highly valued Proven ability to train and develop others Experience assessing and managing complex claims (especially for the senior role) Ideally degree qualified in a relevant discipline Traits and motivations: Strong work ethic driven by exceptional customer service Enjoy working in a collaborative environment Customer Centric - it's a company that puts the customer first and why it's growing Want a long term career in claims management, where you will constantly be learning and developing On offer to the successful candidates is an opportunity to work with one of the fastest growing life insurers with a genuine care for it's staff.
