This International Freight Forwarder located in Botany is seeking an experienced Cartage/Transport Coordinator to join their team. In the role you will be responsible for processing deliveries for all airfreight, LCL and FCL shipments. You must have international freight forwarding experience to be considered for this role. Duties and Responsibilities: Delivery co-ordination for LCL, FCL & Airfreight shipments Checking SCA/ACA and clearance status Interaction with Customs, AQIS, transport companies, unpack depots, clients and internal departments Updating information & POD's in the operating system Ensuring documentation and cargo release information is complete and correct Providing reports on delivery outcomes Process freight charges, issue order, manage end of month billing and invoicing Role Requirements: Prior experience in international freight forwarding, preferably in a transport-related capacity Working experience with CargoWise EDI essential Experience with FCL, LCL, airfreight and cartage operations Proven knowledge of invoicing, chasing payments and billing Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to prioritise and time manage Results driven and customer focused Ability to solve problems via a common-sense approach Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal Attention to detail Drive to ensure department KPIs and SOPs are met and adhered to This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to work for a progressive employer who places great emphasis on training and career development and recognises and appreciates your commitment to the continued success of the organisation.
