THE POSITION This company has a rare opportunity to join their ranks in a Cartage Coordinator role working in the Sydney CBD offices. This role, reporting to the Client Services Manager and COO, will be working with all sea and air freight managed by this company that is coming into, and leaving Australia, from prior to the ETD to after the ETA. On an average day you will be: Lodge Cargo Reports and Underbonds Liaise with clients, brokers and transport companies pending ETA Payment of invoices Update customer accounts on CRM THE PACKAGE Alongside full product and job training given by both my client and their customer covering both the logistics and operational parts of the role, the package on offer for the successful candidate is up to $85,000 per year , plus superannuation. THE CANDIDATE To be considered for this role it is essential that the candidate has experience in importing and exporting regulations as well as booking interstate freight; good verbal and written communication is also required. Other attributes that would be highly desired by my client are: An understanding of Incoterms® Ability to work autonomously and with within a team Problem solving skills Knowledge of CargoWise, 1-Stop and ICS Customs Portal 2 years' experience in a similar role #J-18808-Ljbffr
