About the Role We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Melbourne team. This fast-paced role sees you working with a key customers and providing end to end import operations services alongside our fantastic national team. Job Tasks and Responsibilities Reporting to the Branch Manager, your responsibilities will include: Coordinating end-to-end solutions for Key Customers (including bookings, documentation, cartage, customs reporting, job invoicing) Liaising with Customers, Carriers, Service Providers, and Overseas Partners Ensuring ongoing Customer satisfaction through effective and efficient responses to customer inquiries, issues, and concerns Establishing and maintaining a strong rapport with customers and service providers Monitoring key operational activities to ensure efficient completion of import duties Identifying and implementing changes to support continual improvement, business growth and the development of best practice SOP Remuneration is negotiable and will be based on the experience and capability of the successful candidate.
