We are seeking a full-time Revenue Team Leader to join our Head Office team in Altona North . About the Role The Revenue Team Leader plays a pivotal role in supporting the National Revenue and Process Manager by actively performing key invoicing and revenue tasks while leading the team. This includes hands‑on involvement in data entry, invoice validation, issuing credits and resolving discrepancies. The role ensures accuracy, timeliness and compliance across all billing activities while driving process improvements, team coordination and revenue integrity. This position is ideal for someone ready to lead by example and contribute directly to operational outcomes, with a pathway to future advancement into a Revenue Manager role. This role forms part of our Invoicing and Revenue Capture team and leads the day‑to‑day billing function across multiple states. You will work closely with Operations, Finance and Customer Service to maintain high‑quality revenue processes and strong customer outcomes. Key Responsibilities Collect, organise and process daily driver run sheets across multiple states Enter subcontractor times and additional charges accurately into relevant systems Prepare and issue client invoices accurately and on time Review and validate invoice data and resolve any discrepancies Issue credits, adjustments and corrections in line with company policy Respond to customer billing queries promptly and professionally Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance billing accuracy and efficiency Support system upgrades, testing and process mapping activities Monitor invoicing KPIs and assist in reporting on performance metrics Prepare dashboards and data insights to support decision‑making Lead by example and provide daily guidance to invoicing staffAssist with onboarding and training new team members Collaborate with Operations, Finance and Customer Service to ensure smooth billing processes Maintain and update Excel records and transport system data Participate in projects focused on improving revenue capture and customer experience Perform additional duties as required to support business needs and team development About You Experience in transport or logistics administration is preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Teams Ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities Strong verbal and written communication skills Customer focused with a professional approach Good commercial judgement and problem‑solving ability Positive and supportive team player Strong organisational and time management skills What We Offer Supportive and friendly team culture Leadership committed to your development and success Genuine career progression opportunities A stable and growing national business built on strong values: People, Service, Safety Love your birthday, have the day off on us Access to EAP for you and your family Access to incentives/discounts via the Employment Hero App #J-18808-Ljbffr
