Role Purpose The Pricing, Promotions & Revenue Management team at Scalene plays a critical role in helping clients optimise their pricing strategies, promotional effectiveness, and overall revenue performance. This team works closely with clients to understand their commercial objectives and applies data‑driven methodologies to deliver actionable insights and measurable outcomes. As the Team Leader for Pricing, Promotions & Revenue Management your role will specifically focus on 2 areas: Directly leading consulting projects across diverse industries focusing on pricing optimisation and revenue growth management. Design input into price and promotional optimisation software (SaaS) and consulting support to clients using the software. Key Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and support a team of Pricing, Promotions & Revenue Management Consultants. Oversee strategic account planning and relationship management for key clients. Ensure the team delivers proactive, value‑driven support to maximise client satisfaction and retention. Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with senior client's stakeholders. Establish frameworks and initiatives that drive proactive client engagement, ensuring our solutions are fully leveraged to meet evolving client needs. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects to ensure they meet client expectations, timelines, and budgets. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align project outcomes with client goals. Ensure quality assurance and continuous improvement in project methodologies and deliverables. Ensure data and analytics outputs are presented as simple, clear communication documents that effectively convey key messages to a wide range of stakeholders. Support development of processes, tools, and best practices to enhance team efficiency and client outcomes. Required Experience Proven experience in pricing, promotions, revenue management, or a related consulting role, preferably in the Retail or FMCG sector. Demonstrated leadership experience, ideally in a team lead or managerial capacity. Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously. Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver impactful insights. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in pricing analytics, elasticity modelling, or promotional ROI analysis. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualisation tools.
