Overview Exciting opportunity for a motivated and career minded Legal Assistant to consolidate their career in a progressive and growing Plaintiff Law Firm. Assisting two Lawyers in a busy TAC practice, you’ll enjoy being “hands on” with files as well as the opportunity to use your initiative to take on additional responsibilities. Responsibilities Diary management and arranging appointments Taking telephone calls and assisting with enquiries Management of client files and filing of correspondence Coordinating and assisting with preparation of court documents Billing files and drafting accounts Drafting correspondence Extensive client liaison and general administrative tasks Qualifications To be successful in this role you will have at least three years’ experience as a Legal Assistant in Personal Injury. You will also demonstrate: The ability to work both independently and as part of a friendly team Strong organisational and time management skills Initiative and a pro‑active approach Excellent client service skills Proficient MS Word skills Benefits On offer is an attractive salary package commensurate with experience, attractive benefits and flexible work options.
