Senior Legal Assistant – Transport Accidents (TAC) $70K–$100K incl. super, based on experience Gordon Legal is a firm with a difference—driven by our commitment to social justice and delivering exceptional legal support. We are seeking a Senior Legal Assistant to join our Transport Accidents (TAC) team at our Melbourne CBD office. This is more than just a role—it’s a chance to start the New Year with purpose. Key Responsibilities Provide legal administrative and practice management support to a Partner in the TAC team Draft and prepare court documents, briefs, letters, and correspondence File court documents and manage deadlines Coordinate diaries, emails, meetings, and appointments Liaise with clients, barristers, court staff, insurers, medical professionals, and other stakeholders Assist with billing, invoicing, and general file management Monitor critical dates and ensure timely follow-up Handle client enquiries with empathy and professionalism Maintain accurate data records and generate reports Skills and Experience Minimum 2 years of administration experience (legal or general) Experience in Personal Injury Law or TAC is highly regarded Empathetic, confident, and personable with a genuine interest in helping injured clients Strong written and verbal communication skills High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information Excellent organisational and time management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general tech‑savviness Initiative and a willingness to contribute to improving systems and processes Why Join Gordon Legal?
