Requirements for this role: Looking for candidates available to work:Mon morning Mon afternoon Tue morning Tue afternoon Wed morning Wed afternoon Thu morning Thu afternoon Fri morning Fri afternoon 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role Process Added Value Supervisor– Beaufort River Meats (WA) Location: Beaufort River, Western Australia Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: $80,000 to 95,000 based on experience About the Role As a Process Added Value Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing operational support to your team on the floor, and proactively supporting your team on the floor to meet daily production requirements, as well as observing and monitoring quality and safety compliance. With the support of the leadership team, you will have the chance to drive continuous improvement initiatives and grow your career, with a range of development opportunities on offer. This is a Day Shift position and interested applicants will need to be available Monday to Friday 5am to 4pm approx. However, some flexibility to work from time to time may be required. Key Responsibilities Communicating what food safety, quality and compliance requirements are, specific to your team, and actively observing the chain to ensure these are maintained at all times. Training and coaching members of your team to understand what specifications and production targets mean and how they relate to the team member’s work. Organising daily production requirements in conjunction with your manager and clearly communicating this with your team. About You To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate leadership qualities and experience, ideally from your time spent working in the manufacturing, FMCG or primary industries; and be driven by building a safe, quality focused and positive culture within your team. You will be confident with identifying areas for improvement within the plant and have a desire to progress your career in the red meat industry where opportunities are endless.
