The Opportunity Based in our Epping office, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Personal Injury practice groups, working closely with lawyers to deliver exceptional service to our clients. No two days will be the same as you’ll manage client communication, prepare key legal documents, and ensure cases progress smoothly and efficiently. Key responsibilities General administration and filing Maintain calendars and diary appointments Developing an understanding of litigation procedures in the respective department Opening new files, preparing letters and correspondence, drafting medical-legal letters of instruction, compiling briefs and court documents Proactively liaising with the supervising solicitor and relevant parties to advance files Monitoring critical dates to ensure deadlines are met Responding to general enquiries via telephone and in-person Rewards and benefits A Performance Bonus plan Quarterly employee recognition awards Extra paid leave over the Christmas and New Year period Flexible work options Great locations easily accessible by public transport and parking available EOY and EOFY staff parties and team social gatherings Company paid parental leave between 12 and 26 weeks (based on years of service) Company paid annual flu vaccination and skin cancer checks Health & Wellbeing programs and support.
