What you’ll do Lead the delivery of the digital transformation of retail, actively execute digital and product innovation in your territories Pubs Clubs and TAB Agencies Drive the TAB Product within venue promotions and targeted sales programs within the defined region In partnership with your venues develop and execute strategies for growth. Leverage the venues fit out, staff and databases to drive TAB App acquisitions and participation in TAB products via Cash and Digital technologies, train operators to become TAB Champions and utilise our in house marketing tool to promote TABs offering on in venue and social media platforms Effectively manage venue partners to ensure retail operational excellence and venues are adequately presented, through a regular call cycle and ongoing communications Present performance insights, focusing on digital acquisition, active customers and turnover What you'll bring A positive attitude, with a passion for delivering superior customer experiences A creative mind set to bring the game to life in venue for customers Excellent verbal and written communication skills with intermediate to advance knowledge of Microsoft Office Strong data and reporting skill set with exceptional attention to detail Highly organised with an ability to prioritise multiple tasks and influence outcomes Self-starter with initiative and a willing to learn attitude What you’ll get A variety of leave types including cultural leave, volunteer leave, flexi leave and 18 weeks' parental leave for all new parents.
