About the Role As a Team Lead Therapist at Northcott, you will deliver timely, evidence-based, person-centred therapy services to children and adults with disabilities. You’ll work within a multidisciplinary team, ensuring each person receives the right support to thrive. Your role will involve managing a diverse caseload across Campbelltown and surrounding areas, while mentoring and supporting a team of therapists to deliver best practice therapy. You will assist the Service Managers in driving and achieving team targets, and take responsibility for effectively managing any local customer concerns on behalf of your team. The role offers flexibility with options for in-person or telehealth work, alongside regular professional development and peer supervision opportunities. I will bring: Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology with full AHPRA or SPA registration. A solid understanding of strengths-based practice, as well as family and person-centred approaches. A commitment to grow, learn, and take on leadership or management opportunities. Excellent communication skills – written, oral, and listening. The ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
