Join our world and let's do good things together. ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for a strategic and commercially minded Productivity Manager to drive performance across our global store network. In this role, you’ll lead initiatives that optimise how we use space, stock, fixtures and labour - ensuring every square metre of our retail footprint delivers maximum impact. You’ll lead the development and execution of productivity strategies that lift sales returns, enhance space efficiency, and enable data-driven growth across all brands and regions. Collaborating with senior leaders across Brand, Retail, and Property, you’ll translate insights into actionable plans that improve how we work and sell. If you’re an analytics guru who wants to make an impact in a global retailer, we’d love to chat SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Proven experience in retail analytics, specifically space and fixture productivity. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to financially evaluate and influence space-based decisions. Experience working with senior leaders to drive change and embed strategic initiatives. Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate recommendations and insights. Previous experience leading a team and managing cross-functional stakeholders. A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.
