Workshop Carpenter – Build Tiny Homes, Big Dreams Love working with your hands and seeing your craftsmanship come to life? This is a hands-on carpentry role where no two days are the same — one day you’re crafting cabinetry and interiors, the next you’re helping assemble and deliver completed homes. You’ll work with a small, supportive team that values quality, teamwork, and initiative . What You’ll Do Carry out workshop-based carpentry: framing, fit-outs, cabinetry, and finishing. Read and interpret build drawings and specifications. Use power tools and machinery safely and efficiently. Help with pickups, deliveries, and loading using our truck and trailer. Maintain a tidy, safe, and well‑organised workspace. Pitch in wherever needed — we’re a small team, and every contribution counts. What You’ll Bring Trade qualification in Carpentry (Cert III or equivalent). Proven experience in carpentry, modular construction, or fit‑out work. Current Driver Licence – confident towing trailers (essential). Forklift licence – highly regarded. A positive, can‑do attitude and willingness to help the team succeed.
