Member Experience State Faculties - Queensland Brisbane Part Time, Contract 25 / 11 / 2025 $104,700 (pro rata) + super + salary packaging options of up to $15,900 for living expenses (under RACGP’s health promotion charity status) Part‑time (0.5 to 0.8 FTE), maximum term until June 2026 Flexible location RACGP offices in Brisbane, Townsville and Cairns and WFH options available About the role This role leads a research project on strengthening Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander pathways into GP training. You will design and manage the project, conduct consultations and analysis, and report to the RACGP Queensland State Manager while working closely with RACGP research staff and other key internal and external stakeholders. As our Research Project Coordinator, you'll also : Develop project protocols, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables meet research and reporting requirements. Conduct desktop research, analyse qualitative and quantitative data, and translate findings into clear reports. Coordinate and facilitate stakeholder consultations across members, trainees, medical students, educators, and partner organisations. Build strong internal and external relationships to support research activities and foster local research capacity.
