Junior Executive - Asset Management & General Administration
Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)Responsible for all office administration works, including the company's assets and properties.Handle asset management processes such as asset requisition, registration, tagging, transfer, disposal and maintenance.Maintain and update inventory and listing of all assets and ensure an accurate record of the location, condition and status.Track, update, and record assets transfer and movement. Ensure the latest asset location is updated.Verify and record the maintenance, service and repair of all assets such as vehicles, plant and machinery, office equipment and others.Participate in asset checking (audits) to ensure the record's accuracy, good running condition and proper handling.To handle insurance for company assets and properties such as motor, equipment, contractor plant and machinery, fire and burglary.Monitor and control office supplies such as stationery, pantry supplies, toiletries, coffee machines and meeting refreshments.To prepare letters and all documents related to assets and administrative matters.Replace the receptionist when the receptionist is unavailable, such as at lunchtime, on leave or when required.To perform ad-hoc duties and reports as assigned by the superiorRequirements :-Degree or Diploma in relevant field and equivalent.Minimum 2-5 years working experience in assets management is an added advantage.Computer literate with advanced knowledge of MS Office applications.Ability to multi-task and work independently.Able to work in the site construction environment and willing to work outstation.Your application will include the following questions:

In addition, our extensive expertise in earthworks, infrastructure works, super-structure works and finishing works, with in-house design and build capabilities allow us to spearhead intricate projects with ease. Some of the Group’s notable projects include the Low Cost Carrier Terminal (LCCT), Gleneagles Hospital Ampang, Kelana Jaya and Ampang LRT Station. On the property front, the Group is making a prominent mark in both Malaysia and Australia. The Rica Residence Sentul, as part of the extensive series of Rica Residences, was launched in 2017 to rousing reception from the public for its modern design and convenient location. Our two other projects, Rica Residence Kinrara and Rica Residence Malacca are in the pipeline for launch. In Melbourne, Australia, the Group completed its maiden project Gardenhill, an award winning development in early 2017. Gardenhill was honoured with the “Game Changer of the Year” title at the Annual REA Excellence Awards for its off-lead dog park, Australia’s first exclusive and private dog park in a high-rise apartment project. A subsequent project, luxury skyscraper Paragon was launched the same year and won the award for Best High-rise Residential category at the Asia Pacific Property Awards.
