About Modern Movement Yoga Based in the beautiful Northern Beaches, Modern Movement Yoga is a group of yoga studios with community at the heart of what we do. We have a unique opportunity for an experienced leader and manager to join our team as a part‑time Senior Manager working 25 hours per week initially with room to grow. Retail and hospitality managers with a love of wellness & looking for a meaningful change are encouraged to apply. Key Requirements Have an interest in and understanding of yoga. Love taking care of people and supporting business growth. Have prior business and people management experience in a customer‑service related industry (minimum 3 years). Enjoy cultivating a warm and welcoming environment. Be aligned and connected to our values. Be able to work out of our Mona Vale and Balgowlah studios. This role is based in the studio and includes some early‑morning, weekend and evening work to support our class roster. Responsibilities Oversee organisational activities of the business. Support operational leadership across all departments and create coherency. Supervise, hire, and train employees (HR). Performance management. Manage quality assurance (customer service and studio offering). Create policy and procedure. Maintain and increase efficiency through process improvements.
