What the Solutions Engineering Manager Indonesia will do:As the Solutions Engineering/Presales Manager at SOCRadar, you will be a key member of our sales team, responsible for leading and managing the presales activities in Australia and assisting in other APAC regions . You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by effectively demonstrating the value of our cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions to potential clients. Your cybersecurity expertise and ability to understand client requirements will be instrumental in shaping successful sales strategies and driving customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:Leadership and Team Management:Be the first technical sales person on the ground, and later on establish, lead and manage a team of presales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship.Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the presales team, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous learning.Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback and performance evaluations.2. Technical Expertise and Solution Demos:
Develop a deep understanding of SOCRadar's cybersecurity solutions, staying up-to-date with product enhancements and industry trends.Conduct solution presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, effectively showcasing the value and capabilities of our offerings.Collaborate closely with the sales team to support complex sales cycles, addressing technical questions and requirements.3. Client Engagement and Relationship Building:Collaborate with sales representatives and account managers to identify and understand client needs, aligning them with appropriate solutions.Engage directly with clients during the presales process, building rapport, understanding their pain points, and providing consultative guidance.Act as a trusted advisor, establishing long-term relationships with key stakeholders and influencers.4. Solution Design and Proposal Development:Work closely with the product management and engineering teams to provide input on product enhancements and new feature requirements based on customer feedback.Collaborate with the sales team to develop compelling proposals, incorporating technical and business requirements.Ensure accurate and timely response to requests for proposals (RFPs) and requests for information (RFIs).5. Sales Support and Enablement:Collaborate with the sales enablement team to develop and deliver training programs for the sales team on product knowledge and competitive positioning.Provide ongoing support to the sales team, assisting with technical questions, objection handling, and other pre-sales activities as needed.Contribute to the development of sales collateral, including presentations, case studies, and whitepapers.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 8 years of experience in presales or a technical sales role within the cybersecurity industry.Strong knowledge of cybersecurity solutions, industry trends, and competitive landscape.Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Proven track record of leading presales activities, including solution demonstrations, proposal development, and client engagement.Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and manage a team to achieve targets.Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.We would love to hear from you if you are a driven and technically proficient professional with a passion for cybersecurity and a track record of success in presales.
