Research Analyst / Senior Research Analyst Sydney $AUD 65-70,000 + Super - (posted Dec 9 2025) Job Spec: If you've done your first year (or two) in a research agency and are keen to step into a role where you're trusted, stretched, and genuinely developed, this one's for you. I'm working with a high‑momentum, strategy‑led boutique insights agency that is quietly making a big name for itself. Small team, big thinking, and work that spans tech, finance, e‑commerce, retail, fashion, and start‑ups—both locally and internationally. You'll be hands‑on, client‑exposed, and supported to grow at your own pace—with no red tape and promotions based on merit, not tenure. What you'll be doing Research set‑up, questionnaires and fieldwork management Online insight community engagement (content, newsletters and surveys) Managing panel providers and research suppliers Supporting qualitative projects, including groups/interviews and note‑taking Project management—timelines, stakeholders and smooth delivery Data analysis, charting, reporting and insight development Building clear narratives and recommendations for clients Supporting qualitative outputs, including video highlight reels. You’ll gain exposure across brand, CX, UX, advertising, tracking, segmentation and VOC, within a strongly integrated, method‑agnostic approach. What they're looking for 1–2 years' experience in a research agency or similar market research environment Strong analytical foundations, with Q or SPSS experience Solid Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills A good eye for PowerPoint design and storytelling Comfortable juggling multiple projects Curious, proactive, detail‑oriented, and keen to learn Someone who enjoys working in a small, close‑knit team.
